- What do you like best about the leadership team?They are trying to make supervision a better position by higher salaries but still needs to eliminate some of the duties.
- What makes you most happy at work?Like a AC because modern shops have air conditioning that's something we never had at E. B. All we had is the fan blowing hot air all kinds of noise that's why I have to need hearing aids and we had to put up with jerks like Bork in the machine shop, he was not a supervisor that was any goodHe did
- What is the best part about your compensation package?I don't know yet as I have not gotten my hearing aids. I've gotten other kinds of compensation for thousands and thousands of dollars through electric boat that I'm happy with.
