focus on the core business (analytics) and stop wasting time resources on esports, music festivals and vybn

management needs to stop firing our competent experienced employees over disagreements, and stop running VYBN at the office

I would like a competent management team that understands the business rather than trying to create a new business

morale is so low right now people just go in do their job and go home. we need to stop firing people!

employee morale is so low right now, people are afraid of losing their jobs, we need assurance from management that the weekly layoffs are truly over with

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Cost of living increases should be the norm, not something that requires a lengthy application. Not sure how 60% of my peers could possibly say they get annual bonuses, since the company does not give any.
