Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
they stopped paying bonuses to regular employees years ago, there is no 401k matching at all, and when employees are laid off without cause they don't even get severance

My team is incredibly collaborative and encouraging - we work together on some initiatives and separately on others but everyone is dedicated to bringing what they learned back to the group so we can all grow together.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive part of the culture and environment are the real relationships with coworkers - many of my closest friends in the city are people I work with, which makes it enjoyable to be in the office every day!

the new management team took over and started firing the most talented employees and hiring their friends with no expertise in the field, we need a new management team that cares about the company's future

New management is not firing for any specific valid work related reason. They have personal vendettas that they are taking out on their employees to show dominance

Communication is key to grow a transparent company culture - the company could do a better job of explaining decisions that directly impact employees and the culture. It's also important for initiatives to be clear - sometimes it seems like we are trying to "boil the ocean" without our solutions.
