Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cost of living increases should be the norm, not something that requires a lengthy application. Not sure how 60% of my peers could possibly say they get annual bonuses, since the company does not give any.

employee morale is so low right now, people are afraid of losing their jobs, we need assurance from management that the weekly layoffs are truly over with

The positive attitude towards work. Focus on growth and revenue. "One team one Opera" gives a feeling of part of main stream irrespective of distance or diversity.
