It was well-structured, and built-in to my university recruiting process.
My teammates are sharp, they support each other, and challenge each other to be better. They're also very genuine people and don't engage in all the nonsensical posturing which has taken over this company.
Entirely new management. Since that's not going to happen - I'd recommend management take a training course on leadership/motivating your workforce. They've sowed massive distrust in the organization that is palpable at every level.
Management has created an organization in which only those with visibility in their key projects are recognized. All employees will have to speak on their own behalf for promotions - leaving quieter introverts (or even humble, diligent workers) at a distinct disadvantage.
Hiring competent people in senior management. Understanding what we do as a company (their plans are putting current project deliverables in jeopardy). They make a big show of always using the word "respect", but they have created a culture of disrespect and fear.
