What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Morale is at an all time low. Some incredible talent has been fired / have left. Everyone is left wondering if this week will be their last at the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Over 60% of the office has been fired for seemingly no reason - employees who were previously called "rockstars" were fired a month later with no notice or severance offered. Morale is at an all time low. Very little additional revenue has come in since the new Exec team took over
