
Each office has a good local culture. But the overriding executive team culture is bad and eroding existing team culture.
There are no clear evaluation criteria for compensation. At least a yearly hike should be a a minimal goal to keep talent.
The team members who have been around for 3 - 5 years are knowledgeable about the history of the product offerings and its strengths. Newer executive team members are ruining that strength.
The people. The ones still left after 6 months of consistent purges. We are still invested in the success of the company, maybe for emotional reasons. The people doing the purging have no clue.
Listen to people who are skilled at what they do. Not come in and dictate things without knowing anything about the topic at hand. Get on board with how software development is done today, not work in a 70's era manufacturing company method.
The root cause is the executive team. They might have good intentions but they are terrible misguided. It seems they are not in tune with today's workers and methods. The current leadership team seems to believe that a team sits together always else fails. They need to modernize their thinking.
