Giving employees at least a chance at a cost of living adjustment, if not an actual raise on occasion. Stop lying about raises, promotions, backpay, equity, ...

honesty, integrity, being paid the same amount of money as when I was hired (not the same amount of dollars, rather the same amount of money, i.e. inflation-adjusted)
