Electronic Arts (EA) Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Non-permanent workers can access most general reimbursement benefits, annual leave loading and games codes. And paid shutdown time during the holiday period that does not affect annual leave.

Salaries are comparable to other top companies in management and the responsibilities are reasonable. for the pay. Bonus program decent.

Review from Product Dept

Regular ortonments button the computer

12-week top up maternity leave

Everything. If i am smart enough and look for what i need, its almost all there

Compensation is not too bad but probably less than companies in other sectors. Vacation could be better

Pay is good compare to other industries

Benefits are well done, better than most companies I've worked at.

The best at the job

I like the fact that compensation is multifaceted - there is a great balance between direct compensation, share save, and other benefits such as Annual Leave, Healthcare, Pension, Games etc.

Yes it should be a best

It good for a comfortable living

Review from Marketing Dept

Being Patient Analyzing Data Big Query

Upfront on compensation and what needed to be done for raises.

Nice mix of short term and long term comp.

Review from HR Dept

The whole package itself is just the best I have ever had. Couldn't find similar condition in other companies though.

Comp is solid relative to industry.

Money Food Cloths Even More Food.

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Become more alignment with market and pay for performance

A Role change would do

Review from Engineering Dept

Benefits are more expensive compared to other similar companies

as a temporal worker, don't have as much benefit as permanent job.

20% salary increase and RSUs

Pay me for the work I'm doing. I am doing the work of a level above me (and doing it well) and there is no promotion opportunity.

I need more stocks in my paycheck

Me being the CEO of the company.

Pay is not competitive with tech

Management: - Tendancy to gaslight staff. - Play favourites. - Zero career opportunities.

Better comp atleast match up to similar roles in tech

Increments are low even during this massive year where company has performed by leaps and bounds. Some groups have been rewarded much more than the others.

They could provide more mental health therapy sessions. We have to pay for 35% of our medical coverage while most of our competitors provide 100% medical coverage.

Review from Marketing Dept

Slow Move up the ladder within teams low increments

Review from Product Dept

Because I provide soo much for the company but I’m always not listened t

bigger base salary & performance bonus that has a split between personal performance, company performance, and team/project performance
