I remember the times before I worked at EA

Having challenging work to complete, and finding better ways to deliver for our players, and for our people. But most of all the people that I work with and the environment and culture that EA provides for me to work within and contribute to.

The companies projects and ideas.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

leadership is not very transparent about some key choices, short term profits seems the priority

Game quality has decreased, with a focus on microtransactions as opposed to better gameplay and simulation. Career families and paths are intentionally unclear, to allow employees to be overloaded with responsibilities w/o being fairly compensated.

They could stop pushing micro transactions

Review from Marketing Dept

Pay your employees a living wage and quit using temp employees to get out of paying appropriately
