leadership is not very transparent about some key choices, short term profits seems the priority

Game quality has decreased, with a focus on microtransactions as opposed to better gameplay and simulation. Career families and paths are intentionally unclear, to allow employees to be overloaded with responsibilities w/o being fairly compensated.
