What is the best part about your compensation package?
Non-permanent workers can access most general reimbursement benefits, annual leave loading and games codes. And paid shutdown time during the holiday period that does not affect annual leave.
Salaries are comparable to other top companies in management and the responsibilities are reasonable. for the pay. Bonus program decent.

The team is open to and encourages feedback in a healthy way. They are ready to discuss and work through issues openly without taking it personally, and the work culture is very positive.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support from the team and allowance for autonomy and ways of working. You aren't watched for hours. You are expected to get the work done and attend during reasonable times but you are trusted to arrive and leave when suits you, and aren't spied on or tracked for it unless you don't hit goals.

Very standard questions. Easy to anticipate and prepare quality responses to questions.
Had about 5 interviews - leadership, design and analatical thinking, a lot of situational questions and execution focussed. Plus an interview with a key business stakeholder.
