They are not transparent. Like this before the pandemic but throughout it, a big mess. Patients weren’t able to get the transparency they needed and clinic staff we’re the ones having to explain the lack of communica
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of all the management positions. To run one department, too many chefs in the kitchen. Listen to employees- hear them and actually solve problems instead of brushing them aside. HR is ridiculous. The company is drowning and won’t take a life boat. They are too egotistic

Leading instead of showing up and not paying attention to what is actually happening. This company is all about money and far from treating their employees with respect along with the ones who hold this insurance. It’s like pulling teeth they are withdrawn from improving, changing and allowing inp
