we get 1% pay increases and we pay more each year for less health benefits

The morale is low- hard for any of us to be in alignment

We are not micromanaged and highly respected
The staff is young and likes to have fun.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of all the management positions. To run one department, too many chefs in the kitchen. Listen to employees- hear them and actually solve problems instead of brushing them aside. HR is ridiculous. The company is drowning and won’t take a life boat. They are too egotistic

Satisfying the providers and solving their problems

They are not transparent. Like this before the pandemic but throughout it, a big mess. Patients weren’t able to get the transparency they needed and clinic staff we’re the ones having to explain the lack of communica
