We are not micromanaged and highly respected
The staff is young and likes to have fun.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of all the management positions. To run one department, too many chefs in the kitchen. Listen to employees- hear them and actually solve problems instead of brushing them aside. HR is ridiculous. The company is drowning and won’t take a life boat. They are too egotistic
