Work well together and seem efficient
collaboration, smart people, engaged, fun
The diversity of their experiences.
We are willing and ready to assist each other at all times. There's no I in TEAM or EMBRAER. Our people are what make us fly.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Communication and sense of Teamwork.
Its a large company with hundreds of people but we stop and help each other. There are times of part shortages and tight deadlines but we keep pushing forward.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
More than one interviewer with a more less robotic question and answer session.
I applied for the company once years before getting hired and they toured me around the facilities and I meet a couple, different managers. After the interview, I wasn't hired. I don't want to tour a place I'm not getting the job. Show me the office if I'm hired I'll find my way around.

What makes you most happy at work?
The people and the challenges
beautiful campus, cafeteria on site, friendly employees, good work space
It's clean, mostly quiet and well organized, with a sense of sustainable accomplishment.
My team makes me happy.
