Accomplishing a big hairy audacious goal that really moves the needle of the company.

They challenge you with tough to answer but fair questions. They really want to know your going to be not just a talent fit, but also a cultural fit.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are on a profit share so the entire company gets to benefit based off how well the company is doing. This really gives us an ownership that just doesn't really exist in other companies
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are thoughtful and open to their ideas being c challenged. Often our best and most innovative ideas come from collaborative discussion rather than just top-down management decisions. They truly care about our employees and their input
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It allows us to be ourselves. We're 100% remote, no commute, can live anywhere in the world with a decent wifi. And we're all friends, which I think is a rarity, especially in a company this size.
