I have been a CNA for 30 years and I am currently going to school to become a RN. The teamwork at Encompass is the best I have experienced throughout my entire career, and they are very supportive when it comes to an individual's growth. I always feel that my voice is heard.

First off, nobody works for free. That being said, Encompass is a company that pays very well compared to other companies out there. The company is also pretty relaxed with opportunities for growth as long as you make your interest known. I've been with the company almost 10yrs now and enjoy it.
