A company is only as good as their employees. Over worked and underpaid employees will choose to go somewhere else and what good is a company without its heartbeat?
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership has a good understanding of the nature of the business and are able to help grow the company. Caution is advised, like any service oriented business ,the customer is in charge. Unmet promises will lead to rejection!
