My experience has yielded continuous struggles to achieve more effective communication with the leadership team. The nursing floor staff is consistently belittled by the therapy staff which is often backed by management. More effective, comprehensive training is required to achieve productivity.

Im happiest when equiped with ample resources to be serve my employees.

My direct supervisor is approachable and willing to listen and work with the jursubg team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need a solution to bridge the divide between mamagement and employees as well as between therapists and nurses.
