I enjoy my job, the people I work with and the patient's I take care of.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The staff make it a positive experience.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I haven't interviewed in a very long time

Some days I just don't want to be there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with the best nurses and therapy staff around.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't like anything about our leadership team at our hospital

The people I work with and the patients I take care of.

They take excellent care of the patients and the staff that are employed there

I love most of the nurses and other staff I work with, with the exception of a few.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview process was great, however through the years I know they have changed up a few things.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything but my rate of pay. It is low considering how long I have been employed by this company
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have an excellent benefits package that has just been made better when they improved the package to include time and half pay for the holidays.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I make it a positive environment for myself because I have problems working in a negative environment. Some of our staff can be very negative.
