What are some of the best things about your team?
The majority of staff members that work the floor get along pretty well and help one another out.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Administration need to be more sympathetic to staff members and treat us as we are valued and appreciated.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to meet new people and talk about the credentials and learned along the way and positive experiences I had.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They pay everyone the same at a starting rate and not by experience. The give no incentives for valuable employees that help and keep things in order
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication with staff members and being on time when scheduling mandatory staff meetings on pay day. The team members say one thing and set out to do something else.
