Lakeshore: Leadership team members are humble, transparent, motivated, professional, and respectful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Lakeshore: teamwork is apparent with the vast majority of staff. There are a few outliers, but for the most part everyone gets along and helps one another.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Lakeshore: My company is fair in their compensation. I have great benefits and a company match. The best part is they offered us additional PTO specifically for COVID-19. My company actually showed us they cared about our health and wellbeing.
