I have past history of working in medical records. I just was laid off after 32 years with ConocoPhillips. I started as Secretary, promoted to Administrative Asst. Promoted to Regulatory promoted to financial accounting and business development. Last 10 years have been Staff Reservoir Eng. Tech.

We are all very skilled each member brought their expertise to the table. We could think outside the box, we valued each other very highly.

I was driven to get the job based on my skills and many past successes. Proving I wasn't afraid of a challenge and always willing to learn, teach, share knowledge with others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very good employee mgmt skills, caring, leader confident in my/team work skills and abilities. Supportive, highly promoted and let our team work as a team We were a well oiled machine and each person brought their skills & value so we could succeed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with a team and proving to management that we appreciate having the freedom to never be micro managed, and them trusting us completely that we succeed with an Exploration project because we are focused on success and not failure. We are a close specialized group & we make projects fun.
