- What do you like best about the leadership team?It all starts from how the leaders behave to their subordinates and how it trickles down from there. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. The positivity that they bring emanates a calm and successful work culture. Couldn't ask for more.

- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?They have implemented a lot of controlware that hinder the ability to do our jobs as its expected, they should review those policies, and we tend to have too much overhead
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel like we are kind of low of salaries considering that all clients are from outside our country. We should be able to perceive more salary if we, for example, instead of paying rent (and all associated costs) for an office we pay more to all remote positions
