It is one of the best teams I've had the chance to work with. Very engaged, serious, helpful while others are on business trips and especially when you are on vacation. Very professional in many regards.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The high salary of the direct manager is in direct proportion to his incompetence. He offends the team members. He is not judging us through our knowledge or expertise but considers that as long as you are not working in Paris, you don't deserve better salaries
