Managing people fairly and not having favourites Managers need to manage properly and not let standards slip .
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People that actually want to work, a little incentive every now and again and also a living wage not minimum wage.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Long hours, no pay, never get backed from management. Wages incorrect. Holidays cancelled due to favourites being allowed last minute holidays.

Coworkers need to stop being clicky and stop being lazy and actually do their fair share of the work instead of skulking in corners.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Get people that know how to interview. People that have actually worked the job and not some university graduate that has no common sense.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paying all employees a living wage and not minimum wage. Management treat long term employees like agency staff and that their long loyal service was a waste of time .
