Their communication in regards to organisational updates such as Cyber Security ,IT issues ,energy transition updates , Group Health and Safety.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the pay has to be according to skill as well not just basic all round.People are paid the same pay either not skilled and skilled .Looks like the pay is per department not individual based.Being highly qualified and highly skilled i feel undervalued getting same as low qualified and low skill
