I would recommend a unified pay scale in addition to compensation and benefits

More compensation. Career progression. Better staffed teams.

Salaries are below the market and workload is quite higher compared to other companies. Besides, compensation and benefits are one of the worst of the market whilst paying the posible minimum for millions euro generating positions.

Get better managers and staff technical team.

The structures. It should be simplified. There are 4 heads that is above me whilst there are no seniors, managers. There are minimum of 2 main reporting lines for everybody. Everybody included in several business units.

managers need to actually care about the job and listen to what we tell them

People that actually want to work, a little incentive every now and again and also a living wage not minimum wage.

Recognize that candidates can grow into a position given the chance, especially full time employees.

Get people that know how to interview. People that have actually worked the job and not some university graduate that has no common sense.

Middle management is completely out of tune with business and technical staff. Shortage of technical staff and very poor employee retention policy.

no body seems to know what they are doing in the management team there is no communication between them and they do not listen

Long hours, no pay, never get backed from management. Wages incorrect. Holidays cancelled due to favourites being allowed last minute holidays.
