Like most companies, there are ups and downs. However, the positives far outweigh the negatives. My overall experience has been a good one.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I feel the executive team really listens to me.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

In most instances they make me feel like I do matter to the company.

What makes you most happy at work?

For me, I work remotely so I am able to get my work done without office politics or distractions. I know what needs to be done and I'm left alone to do my job.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I honestly don't believe it is fair to be docked commission for not making 85% of budget. A salesperson should always be compensated for what they sold. In sales, you will always have good months and bad months. I feel it is demoralizing to a salesperson to be docked pay they have earned.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The question should probably be broken out more. I get along great with all of the people on my team except 1. That person always looks down their nose at me and tries to bully me. That person treats me as though they are superior to me in every way and talks down to me.
