The employees are friendly and mostly helpful..

I don't know much about the leadership team and who they are, besides the CEO.

Working remotely and those rare times when I am able to take on more challenging projects.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is lower than others in my field with my range of experience. I would feel better if I was paid a higher salary.
