I wish there were more mentorship and meaningful career advancement opportunities. I feel like the positions are very niche and there isn't much room to grow once you're in your position.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't feel like I know enough about them personally to make an assessment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If we were guaranteed annual raises and/or substantial bonuses, I would feel better about my compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like the immediate managers and HR are open to employees and we feel comfortable enough to go to them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a small, cohesive team. However, working from home has put a wedge in how we interact and communicate with each other since our positions are very independent.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working permanently from home has mentally been difficult. It was nice going into the office to see coworkers, even if it was only a little more than a handful of us in. These days it's a little more difficult to stay motivated.
