Collaborating with EIQ colleagues. I am able to be creative in my work. My colleagues value my opinion.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lower salary range compared to market range. Merit increase system is very low, cost of living is increasing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody feels part of a team, we work together toward a common goal. Highly collaborative environment. Executive team is very approachable. Diversity of cultures within the company, working cross-borders.
