I have been with the company through many changes, including owners and leadership. I have come to expect things to change. I also feel like we are not very good at communicating despite being a communications company. It's very much a need-to-know company and I am often kept out of the loop.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Every year we are asked to do more with less yet my raise is not reflective of the increased workflow.

Our team has been together for more than six years. We are stable and appreciate everyone's strengths and weaknesses, and work to help each other.
