People of all different ages and experience levels working together and learning from eachother. Great comradery.

The leadership team supports individuals at every level. You feel valued, not only as an employee, but also as a person. It is very empowering.

It's a true group effort and much is being done to make everybody understand the role they play in the larger success of the company. Leaders are personable and invested in not only the company's success, but also my success.

There is a lot of deep knowledge across the business and people care deeply about what they do. If I don't know the answer to an issue, I can tap into a variety of people who are always willing to share their experiences and resources.

There are a lot of very talented people with deep experience across a variety of sectors, yet everyone is willing to share their insights and support newcomers. There is an overall drive to see everyone reach their goals, both in their every day performance and larger career.
