Getting to oversee new projects and help create new ideas/programs/structures.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People are usually really supportive to try and help you with what you need for your job/work.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Majority are really competent and also very supportive of the other team members. They are appreciative and mostly really good people.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Creating a culture where they are more accessible. Also making sure that there is real leadership in management. Realize issues sooner and take actions on them. Offer more incentives for employees to make them feel valued.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For people who succeed and are doing well and leaders there is not much they receive to benefit from that or make them feel valued. A better raise structure and possibility for bonuses if the brand does well.
