The amount of face time, especially for newer hires is very encouraging.

Good collaboration and problem solving when needed. Complementary skillsets and working styles is also nice.

People seem to genuinely care about improving the company and their teams instead of just looking out for themselves.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the variability - my role is different each day and I thrive on that kind of change.

The amount of face time with employees is much appreciated and strengthens the relationship (coffee chats with Jenn is a key example - it closes the gap between new hires an the ELT)
