What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a healthy ambition and inspire us to meet our department/team goals. At the same time, they have been supportive and understanding as we are all grappling with this ongoing pandemic. That has made all the difference to me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are disciplined to deliver on our goals but aware enough to incorporate those lighter and fun activities. We have made a lot of strides toward diversity and inclusion. The empathy leadership has expressed during this difficult pandemic is much appreciated.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I accomplished something for our clients, and then being acknowledged for it by my peers. The recognition does not always have to be monetary, but it should always be authentic and sincere. Show me you care, and I'll always be there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
1) We have some common interests outside of work. 2) We also are united in our efforts to produce quality content for our audience. 3) We SUPPORT and uplift one another. There's lots of respect, compassion and laughter at just the right times!
