Solid steady work in our corner of the company. It does feel a bit siloed so that I don't have much acquaintance with several brands.

Flexibility & a willingness to actually listen to people & take actual action on DEI initiatives.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate that there is a wide variety of options and that the company adjusts them based on consideration of what people might need. Continually revisiting this is a good thing.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy when we launch a truly collaborative project that will have a positive impact on the industry we cover. It's good to be a positive force and not only reporting passively.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are truly a team and are ready to pitch in and adjust when things get busier for one or two people. Long-term assignments to particular category beats has also resulted in stronger category expertise.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that it's very clear that the leadership team is willing to be flexible in regards to employee safety as well as changing norms when it comes to remote work, ways of assessing progress, etc. There are many stubborn companies stuck in the past so I don't take this for granted.
