There is a certain proximity and a desire to make things better

There is a certain solidarity and an understanding and respect for each other. We complement each other well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we work hard and do a lot of overtime and this is not taken into consideration. The salary increases are not systematic and do not compensate the inflation. Also, there is no compensation for working from home.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Emails/chats to handle have increased tremendously the last 2 years. I feel I have to be available right away and answering questions ASAP, regardless of my priorities. It is really overwhelming. It takes more time. I feel I'm not moving as fast as I could because I'm constantly interrupted
