What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership has always been forward thinking, which is important. They genuinely want not only the company but the employees to succeed as well. Our leaders also lead from the top, which means you can look to them for true examples of values this company has.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Occasionally work can feel overwhelming. I do enjoy the work I do, which I find important. However, sometimes I am unsure of the exact priorities. I also realize I don't need to be excited about the day ahead to do my work and do it well.
