It is very positive - I'm making very good money and very much like and respect the people I work with. There is a lack of work/life balance that I'm going to try and improve, and there are minimal opportunities for me to advance but not the fault of the company.

There is great collaboration between individuals and between departments, with everyone taking responsibility for successful outcomes. People care about successful outcomes and care about each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Achieving great results, being acknoweldged and respected by colleagues for these results and the associated hard work. Going for coffee with a great guy I work with and enjoying our friendship.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team has cultivated a culture where people are committed to helping each other succeed. The culture is a great blend of commitment to excellence and warm humanity, without the nasty and productivity draining politics found within many other organizations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My answer is repetitive from earlier answers, but the shared responsibility that everyone takes towards achieving success and solving problems. We all have each other's backs. Also, I can be personally authentic and sense that other people feel that same permission to be who they are.
