What makes you most happy at work?
flexibility. I work long hours, but I like the company gives summer Fridays and early dismissals around the holidays etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's difficult to pin down since everyone is remote and we mostly engage via video conference, but the most positive thing is coworkers are generally very supportive of each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've grown my sales territory on average 7% to 8% per year since 2013. Current budget allocations are beyond aggressive. EIQ has policy of 85% threshold to get your 100% commission rate. I will miss the 85% some months due to aggressive budget, but still grow my territory, but EIQ will pay me less.
