Fast paced, positive culture, with dedicated employees. We still have too many inefficient processes, however. (For example the amount of email that is sent externally to clients / sponsors to collect their assets and activate their event sponsorship. We need better tools to manage assets & comms)

Everyone really cares about each other. We have genuine friendships, and a very open dialogue where people aren't afraid to voice concerns.

Health care plan is reasonably priced. The number of official company holidays allow for healthy work/life balance. Summer Fridays are a wonderful perk.
