What are some of the best things about your team?
Everything. They work hard, always willing to help and I feel we genuinely care for one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
Completing a project (be that finishing an article, or producing an excellent bit of content I know members will like).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like I can come to them with an issue and they would work to figure out how to resolve it. Be that an HR issue, or a hardware issue, etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary. I do not take part in our health care coverage (I do pay in to critical care, though) as I think the deductible is a bit high but I know is comparable to other companies. I do wish the company matched our 401K and if we we ever got HMO again, I'd join it in a heartbeat.
