The company understands the importance of family & they are flexible with your work schedule. This makes life less stressful.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy working with most of the people in my group. Working from home makes it easier & less stressful with out a commute
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel like I am being recognized or used to my fullest potential. I would be willing to take on more responsibility if I were to be compensated.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication needs to improve. They need follow the processes & procedures that the company has put in place. When they don't working together becomes tense especially when we're days away from our deadline.
