Good, but could be much better. Work overload, burnout. Tech platforms are not advanced, brands look stale. We need to step out of the print mentality and hire digital first talent who can up-level brands.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Remote work is the only way I can work, so that is table stakes for me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Best: Communication is open & honest. Worst: We are always behind the eight ball. Too much work on everyone's plate, not enough staff.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's good to have visibility and town hall meetings, but sometimes they can veer into "fluffy" territory (like social media contests. It would also be nice to have "Ask the ELT" at the end of each meeting.
