They are good workers and have good attitudes.

I think the people at the company all listen, which is refreshing.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
On the editorial side, sometimes the goals of the company--making money--do not align with good editorial standards.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the salary is acceptable, given the industry. The health insurance could be better though. It's not bad...it's somewhere in the middle.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team members seem like reasonable people who are genuine. Even if I disagree about something, I see what they are trying to do.
