I've been with the company since its beginning. It did take some time to get going but I feel we're running on all cylinders. Even with the challenges of COVID this company was able to pivot and adapt and keep moving forward.

Good 401k and vacation package.

I enjoy what I do and want to be the best at it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team lets the employees do what they do best. They don't micromanage but act as a support for their employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Both culture and environment are positive because of the way the employees interact with each other. Even during these challenging times with COVID.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I actually work with 2 different teams/publications. I can honestly say that I appreciate that both teams are very invested in their brand and how it competes.
