No bureaucracy. There are open lines of communication between all employees. Our high performance culture helps develop our people and keeps us moving in the right direction at all times.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most are accountable and take initiative to move the business forward. Some members are really good collaborators which I find extremely important in a remote work environment. They are interested in improving their work, learning from others and utilizing the tools avail to develop their skills.
